The South Korean men’s basketball 3×3 team has won its second straight preliminary round game, beating Iran and then the Maldives to remain atop the group.
The Korean men’s 3×3 team defeated the Maldives 21-8 on Sunday in the second game of Group B of the Men’s 3×3 competition at the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games at the Deqing Geographic Information Park Court in Hangzhou, China.
With the victory over the Maldives, South Korea recorded its second straight win, following a victory over Iran, to remain atop the Group B standings.
The 3×3 men’s basketball tournament featured 20 teams in five groups of four, with the top team from each group advancing directly to the quarterfinals, while the second and third place teams will play separate games to determine the quarterfinalists.바카라사이트
Lee Doo-won led Korea to victory with 10 points and six rebounds, while Kim Dong-hyun and Lee Won-seok added eight and three points, respectively.
With their second straight win, South Korea will play Japan in the third game of the preliminary round on Nov. 28. Japan is 1-1 after losing to Iran, 13-22, in the second round of qualifying.
